Terms of Service

• Please note that all artwork commissioned is for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.• If you wish to share the commissioned artwork, kindly credit the artist.• The artist reserves the right to refuse any request FOR FREE.• I will usually post commissioned works on my social media and portfolio unless you specify otherwise.• I will send you progress photos/screenshots for every update, including sketches, line art, and color.• The project may take a while (Usually a week or more).• You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.• Please refrain from editing, tracing, or altering the commissioned artwork in any way. It is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the client cannot claim or sell my work for NFTs or AI.• Reservations are allowed depending on a count.

Policy

• Payment via PAYPAL.• All transactions are to be paid in full upfront before work begins, and there are no refunds for completed art. For works that cost $100+ this can be discussed for payment options (such as down and full payment), but for anything $100 or less, always require payment up front.• Revisions are allowed; however, additional fees will apply based on the amount of changes that have to be made, same goes for a rush or scheduled date.(Revision of draft is FREE.)• You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.• Final artwork will be submitted through EMAIL OR GOOGLE DRIVE.
